Nursery A (3-4 year olds)

'Who We Are' was our first unit of the school year. This unit is an inquiry into the nature of oneself. It delves into beliefs, values, personal, physical, mental, social, and spiritual health. Human relationships are focused on and include families, friends, communities, cultures, rights, and responsibilities. The students had numerous opportunities to discover what it means to be a human. Based on our central idea and lines of inquiry about relationships with others, our Nursery A class decided to celebrate their friendships!

We are together almost every day, like a big family we know and support each other. Together we are stronger and we can make a difference in the world. We play, learn, and evolve. We are PRINCIPLED, we share and CARE, we are REFLECTIVE, BALANCED, OPEN-MINDED, AND RISK TAKERS. We COMMUNICATE, THINK, and discover things. Through INQUIRY, we build KNOWLEDGE to help to build a better world.
