At EtonHouse International School, after weeks of training, preparation and orientation and settling in period in both teaching and non-teaching roles we took the time to really get to know each other as a staff and even though we regularly have professional development and team building at the school it’s not quite the same as team building at the beach!

Building our team at EtonHouse International School, Dongguan is done annually with all of our staff as a way of developing strong relationships and valuable interactions with one another. Team building has proven crucial in terms of enhancing positive attitudes within the school.

It benefits the staff, students, parents and the community by making the school a happier, conducive learning environment.

We undertake a whole range of team-building exercises to ensure that the whole team works as one. No matter our backgrounds, we commit to joining the EtonHouse Family wholeheartedly; exploring and learning from our differences, whilst celebrating our similarities, everyone cooperates to bond and develop professional respect and trust. In today’s multidisciplinary world, team building is a crucial aspect for reaching success.
